We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If there is a manufacturing fault present at the time of receipt, we are happy to provide a refund. Please notify our studio via within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
Please note that naturally occurring variations in our materials, such as Pearls or Gemstones, are not considered manufacturing faults. For more information, please visit our Brand Page.
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer exchanges for pierced earrings. We kindly ask you to choose carefully when purchasing earrings.
For all other items, excluding pierced earrings, we offer exchanges or credit notes within 14 days of your order date. To qualify for an exchange or credit note, please ensure that the items are returned in their original condition, unused, and unworn. All jewellery boxes and pouches should also be returned in their original condition and unused, with tags still attached if applicable.
Please be aware that we are based in Australia, and all items are shipped from here. Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders.
If you wish to return an item that is not a pierced earring, you may do so within 21 days of the original order date for a credit note only. Please note that pierced earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
